Spend your honeymoon waking up beside the Indian Ocean, exploring historic Stone Town, meeting giant tortoises on Prison Island, snorkeling in the turquoise waters around Mnemba and sailing into the sunset aboard a traditional dhow.
But we haven’t filled every day with excursions.
This is your honeymoon.
There should be time for slow breakfasts, afternoon naps, long walks along the beach, couple’s massages and evenings where the only decision you need to make is what to order for dinner.
Your honeymoon starts with your flight from Nairobi to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, meet your private driver and transfer to your selected beach resort.
Check into your room, suite or villa and settle in.Depending on your package, special honeymoon touches such as flowers, room decoration, honeymoon cake or a welcome amenity can be arranged.
Nothing else is planned today.
Walk along the beach together, take your first swim or simply relax after travelling. Enjoy dinner and your first romantic evening on the island.
Overnight: Zanzibar
Wake up when you want and enjoy a long breakfast together. Spend the morning swimming, relaxing beside the pool or walking barefoot along the beach.
Couple's Spa Experience
Later, add an optional couple's massage or spa treatment. Afterwards, keep the rest of the afternoon completely free. For dinner, enjoy your resort's restaurant or arrange an optional romantic dining experience.
Overnight: Zanzibar
After breakfast, it's time to explore together. Begin with a guided experience through historic Stone Town. Walk through its narrow streets, admire its carved doors and discover the cultural influences that have shaped Zanzibar over generations. Later, head to the waterfront and board a boat to Prison Island. Meet the island's giant tortoises, learn about its history and enjoy the surrounding Indian Ocean scenery.
Return to your resort later in the day.
The evening is yours.
Overnight: Zanzibar
After breakfast, head out for one of your honeymoon adventures. Cruise towards the waters around Mnemba and stop at suitable snorkeling locations. Put on your snorkeling equipment and enter the warm Indian Ocean together. Explore the underwater environment and look out for colourful tropical fish and other marine life.
Afterwards, return to your hotel.
Overnight: Zanzibar
Today has no itinerary. And that's intentional. This is the day to simply enjoy being together.
Romantic Beach Dinner
As evening approaches, make the night special with a private or semi-private romantic dinner. Depending on your selected resort, dinner can be arranged beside the beach, in a private resort setting or at a specially prepared table for two.
Overnight: Zanzibar
Wake up to your final full day in Zanzibar. Enjoy breakfast and spend the morning at leisure. If there's an experience you still want to add, today is flexible enough for an optional Spice Farm Tour, Jozani Forest visit or additional marine activity.
Otherwise, stay exactly where you are.
Sunset Dhow Cruise
Later in the afternoon, get ready for one of the most romantic experiences of the honeymoon. Board a traditional wooden dhow and sail along Zanzibar's coastline. Sit together, feel the Indian Ocean breeze and watch the sky change as the sun begins to disappear.
Romantic Farewell Dinner
After the cruise, return to your resort for your final evening. Dress up and enjoy a special dinner together.Six nights in Zanzibar may be coming to an end, but married life is only getting started.

Wake up to your final island morning. Enjoy breakfast and take your time. Depending on your flight schedule, take one last swim or walk along the beach. Later, check out and meet your private driver for the transfer to Zanzibar Airport. Board your flight back to Nairobi with seven days of island memories coming home with you.
